I recently stayed at what could have been an exceptional hotel, given the beautifully furnished rooms featuring high-quality beds, lounges, and amenities. The interior design and comfort level of the accommodations were truly outstanding, making it a haven for relaxation. However, the hotel’s management and overall service were a complete joke. Despite being out for six hours in the morning and returning in the mid-afternoon, we found our room still unmade. Dont expect reception to ever answer the phone, you have to go there! When we inquired about this, we were told that our room wasn't a priority since we were staying for two nights, with check-out rooms taking precedence. the housekeepers came to explain that they are severely understaffed and this was the main problem,. but how the poor management and lack of finding staff relates to being ok for poor service standards is quite unbelievable! Moreover, we had issues with the air conditioning. Reporting it to reception seemed to make matters worse, as the problem intensified after their supposed intervention. The kitchenette in our room was also a farce, lacking basic essentials like plates, bowls, and glasses, but fully stocked in cutlery lol. Breakfast was included with a buffet and some menu options. With the promise someone would return to take our order, no one bothered to return, and that wasn’t just us, several guests were talking about this incompetence in the lobby. In summary, while the rooms themselves are amazing and well-appointed (except the kitchenette), the place has huge potential, offering so much potential, the hotel's management and service are severely lacking, making the overall experience frustrating and disappointing. I could not recommend this place based on our experience.
